C\u00e9lpontom az a sz\u0171k hallgat\u00f3i r\u00e9teg, amelyik valamilyen form\u00e1ban r\u00e9szt vesz a hazai fels\u0151oktat\u00e1si tehets\u00e9ggondoz\u00e1sban. Jelen tanulm\u00e1ny az \u0151 j\u00f6v\u0151beli terveikkel foglalkozik, \u00e9s azt vizsg\u00e1lja, hogy hogyan viszonyulnak a tudom\u00e1nyos p\u00e1lya, illetve m\u00e1s kedvez\u0151 munkaer\u0151-piaci lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek ir\u00e1nt. Az adatgy\u0171jt\u00e9s alapj\u00e1t egy komplex online k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edv k\u00e9pezte, melyben a tehets\u00e9g legfontosabb aspektusait vizsg\u00e1ltam (kreativit\u00e1s, motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3, intelligencia, speci\u00e1lis k\u00e9szs\u00e9gek). A vizsg\u00e1lat r\u00e9szek\u00e9nt 175 f\u0151 (\u00f6t vezet\u0151 egyetem tehets\u00e9ggondoz\u00e1sban r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 hallgat\u00f3i) t\u00f6lt\u00f6tt ki egy 10 itemes, a j\u00f6v\u0151beli tervekkel \u00e9s \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos k\u00e9rd\u00e9sblokkot. Az adatok elemz\u00e9se arra mutat, hogy a tehets\u00e9ges hallgat\u00f3k szignifik\u00e1nsabban nagyobb sz\u00e1mban prefer\u00e1lj\u00e1k az egy\u00e9b szakmai karriert a tudom\u00e1nyos p\u00e1ly\u00e1hoz k\u00e9pest. Ez az eredm\u00e9ny ellentmond elv\u00e1r\u00e1somnak, \u00e9s annak a t\u00e9nynek, hogy a tehets\u00e9gfejleszt\u0151 programok a fels\u0151oktat\u00e1sban els\u0151sorban a tudom\u00e1nyos p\u00e1ly\u00e1ra k\u00e9sz\u00edtenek fel. A tehets\u00e9gek j\u00f6v\u0151beli lehet\u0151s\u00e9geinek, terveinek tov\u00e1bbi kutat\u00e1sa fontos, mivel a tehets\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9s a t\u00e1rsadalomi fejl\u0151d\u00e9s egyik mozgat\u00f3rug\u00f3ja.  C\u00e9gek, v\u00e1llalatok, s\u0151t orsz\u00e1gok sors\u00e1t hat\u00e1rozhatja meg a tehets\u00e9gek\u00e9rt folytatott verseng\u00e9s, \u00e9s a hazai tudom\u00e1nyos elit ut\u00e1np\u00f3tl\u00e1s\u00e1nak kinevel\u00e9s\u00e9hez is n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlen a tehets\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9s a fels\u0151oktat\u00e1sban.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: tehets\u00e9gfejleszt\u00e9s, tehets\u00e9gfejleszt\u0151 programok, tehets\u00e9ges di\u00e1kok karrier tervei, tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9letp\u00e1lya<\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p><strong>College education \u201ctalent-map\u201d \u2013Students\u2019 carreer plans<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Szab\u00f3 J\u00e1nos<\/em>, P\u00e9cs University, Department of Psychology<\/p>\n<p>This study invesigates the future plans and labor market attitudes of talented students currently enrolled in various talent-development programmes in collage education in Hungary (such as special-collegiums, DETEP programme, SZTEhets\u00e9gpont).  Specifically, attitudes and motivation for scientific and other professional carrieers were explored on a 10 item questionnarie-block (this block was part of a more comprehensive questionnaire on talent).  175 talented students  participated in the study.  Since the primary aim of the higher-school education talent-development programmes is to support the choice of scientific career, my expectation was that students would prefer scientific carreers to other future occupations in their personal lives.  Results of the study show, however, that talented students are more interested in optimal working opportunities other than scientific carrieers. This study is part of a larger ongoing research on the topic of talented youth.  Talent development is the driving force of present society.
