Elveit az \u00e9let t\u00f6bb ter\u00fclet\u00e9n sikeresen alkalmazz\u00e1k, azonban az implicit tanul\u00e1ssal val\u00f3 kapcsolata kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 vizsg\u00e1lt ter\u00fcletnek sz\u00e1m\u00edt. Kutat\u00e1sunkban egyetemista kor\u00fa mint\u00e1n (N=26) azt vizsg\u00e1ltuk, hogy negat\u00edvan befoly\u00e1solja-e az implicit tanul\u00e1st, ha ezt a tudat\u00e1llapotot alkalmazz\u00e1k. Ennek m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az aSRT feladat egy m\u00f3dos\u00edtott v\u00e1ltozat\u00e1t haszn\u00e1ltuk, mely annyiban t\u00e9rt el az eredetit\u0151l, hogy relax\u00e1ci\u00f3s gyakorlatk\u00e9nt mutattuk be. Az instrukci\u00f3ban a tudatos jelenl\u00e9t alapelveire \u00e9p\u00edtett\u00fcnk, manipul\u00e1ci\u00f3nk eredm\u00e9nyess\u00e9g\u00e9t szubjekt\u00edv \u00e9lm\u00e9nyt ellen\u0151rz\u0151 k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekkel tesztelt\u00fck. Eredm\u00e9nyeink szerint a tudatos jelenl\u00e9t k\u00f6vetkezt\u00e9ben az implicit tanul\u00e1s kisebb m\u00e9rt\u00e9k\u0171, a megn\u00f6vekedett figyelmi kontroll miatt ink\u00e1bb g\u00e1tl\u00f3 hat\u00e1sa fejez\u0151dhet ki. A manipul\u00e1ci\u00f3 hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra a k\u00eds\u00e9rleti szem\u00e9lyek alacsonyabb fesz\u00fclts\u00e9gr\u0151l sz\u00e1moltak be, illetve lassabb volt az \u00e1tlagos reakci\u00f3idej\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: tudatos jelenl\u00e9t, implicit tanul\u00e1s, figyelmi kontroll, aSRT, szekvenciatanul\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The effect of mindfulness on implicit sequence learning<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Adrienn Holczer<\/strong>, <strong>T\u00fcnde Kilencz<\/strong><br \/>\nSzeged University, Department of Psychology<\/p>\n<p>The technique of mindfulness is gaining ground rapidly nowadays; it is a state of mind which includes an accepting, non-judgemental attitude. It has already been used in many areas of life, but its relationship with implicit learning has not been examined entirely. In our study we examined a college-aged sample (N=26) whether the use of mindfulness has a negative influence on implicit learning. To measure this, we used a modified version of ASRT presented as a relaxation task. The instructions of the task were based on the axioms of mindfulness, moreover to control the effectiveness of manipulation, questions were asked about the subjective experience. Our results suggest that the use of mindfulness results in a reduced implicit learning. One possible explanation is that the effect is mediated by the improved attentional control.
