Saj\u00e1t fejleszt\u00e9s\u0171 szakir\u00e1ny v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3 k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edvet \u00e9s a Super-f\u00e9le munka\u00e9rt\u00e9k k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edvet alkalmaztuk a vizsg\u00e1lat sor\u00e1n. \u00d6sszesen 104 f\u0151 mesterk\u00e9pz\u00e9sen tanul\u00f3 els\u0151 \u00e9ves hallgat\u00f3 vett r\u00e9szt a kutat\u00e1sban, a k\u00e9t szakir\u00e1nyr\u00f3l azonos ar\u00e1nyban. Eredm\u00e9nyeink szerint a munka-\u00e9s szervezetpszichol\u00f3gia szakos hallgat\u00f3k legink\u00e1bb t\u00e1rsadalmi-gazdas\u00e1gi t\u00e9nyez\u0151k (pl. k\u00f6nnyebb elhelyezked\u00e9si lehet\u0151s\u00e9g, magasabb j\u00f6vedelem \u00edg\u00e9rete, biztos \u00e1ll\u00e1s lehet\u0151s\u00e9ge), m\u00edg a klinikai-\u00e9s eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gpszichol\u00f3gia szakos hallgat\u00f3k szem\u00e9lyes t\u00e9nyez\u0151k (pl. szakmai ir\u00e1nti \u00e9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9s, m\u00e1sokon val\u00f3 seg\u00edt\u0151 sz\u00e1nd\u00e9k) hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra v\u00e1lasztj\u00e1k legink\u00e1bb az adott szakir\u00e1nyt. Egyes munka\u00e9rt\u00e9kekben (szellemi \u00f6szt\u00f6nz\u00e9s, altruizmus, anyagi ellenszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s) tal\u00e1ltunk k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9geket, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt is kimutathat\u00f3k voltak elt\u00e9r\u00e9sek az egyetemnek tulajdon\u00edtott h\u00edrn\u00e9v \u00e9s az adott szak oktat\u00e1s\u00e1nak sz\u00ednvonal\u00e1ban. Az eredm\u00e9nyek al\u00e1t\u00e1masztj\u00e1k kor\u00e1bbi, seg\u00edt\u0151 szakm\u00e1kkal v\u00e9gzett kutat\u00e1sok eredm\u00e9nyeit, viszont felvetnek \u00fajabb k\u00e9rd\u00e9seket, melyek tov\u00e1bbi vizsg\u00e1latokat ig\u00e9nyelnek.<\/p>\n

English abstract<\/h3>\n

Background factors of specialization choices by psychology master students. A comparative study of work value preferences<\/strong>
\nSzemes \u00c1gnes<\/em>, BME Department of Ergonomics and Psychology, and Hars\u00e1nyi Szabolcs Gerg\u0151<\/em>, Szeged University, Department of Psychology<\/p>\n

Psychology is currently among the most popular choices by young people applying to universities. MA programs in psychology offer specializations, each presenting a different carreer choice. The background of why psychology student choose a certain specialization has rarely been researched so far. In our research we examined the factors that influence the choice of specialization and the work value preferences comparing students in two specializations: Work and Organization Psychology and Clinical and Health Psychology. A self-developed questionnaire of career choice, and the Super Work Values Questionnaire were used in the investigation. 104 first-year masters students participated in the study, in proportionate number in the two specializations. Results showed that students in Work and Organization Psychology choose their specialization mostly because of socio-economic factors (e.g. better job opportunities, higher expected income), while students in Clinical and Health Psychology are mostly motivated by personal interest (interest in the occupation, intent of helping others). We found differences in work values (mental motivation, altruism, financial considerations), and also detected differences among the institutions (related to university reputation and quality of education). <\/p>\n
