Ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl kutat\u00e1somban a j\u00f3ll\u00e9t \u00f6sszetev\u0151t vizsg\u00e1lom az \u00e9lettel val\u00f3 el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g m\u00e9r\u0151eszk\u00f6z\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl. Mint\u00e1mat 88 k\u00f3rusban \u00e9nekl\u0151 \u00e9s k\u00f3rusban nem \u00e9nekl\u0151 di\u00e1kl\u00e1ny alkotja, akikn\u00e9l m\u00e9rni k\u00edv\u00e1nom az iskol\u00e1n k\u00edv\u00fcli csoportos tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek gyakoris\u00e1g\u00e1t, illetve az \u00e9nekl\u00e9shez kapcsolhat\u00f3 j\u00f3ll\u00e9t befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151it. F\u0151bb eredm\u00e9nyeim az mutatj\u00e1k, hogy a k\u00f3rist\u00e1k \u00e9s a k\u00f3rusban nem \u00e9nekl\u0151 di\u00e1kok \u00e9lettel val\u00f3 el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9ge szignifik\u00e1nsan k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6zik, \u00e9s magasabb \u00e9rt\u00e9kekkel rendelkeznek a k\u00f3rusban \u00e9nekl\u0151k. Ez egy olyan eredm\u00e9nynek sz\u00e1m\u00edt, amely alapot adhat a magyar k\u00f3ruspopul\u00e1ci\u00f3 \u00e9nekl\u00e9shez k\u00f6thet\u0151 j\u00f3ll\u00e9t\u00e9nek tov\u00e1bbi vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1hoz. A kutat\u00e1s k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 l\u00e9p\u00e9sek\u00e9nt pedig az \u00e9nekkaroz\u00e1s t\u00e1rsas aspektus\u00e1t lenne \u00e9rdemes vizsg\u00e1lni, valamint az iskol\u00e1n k\u00edv\u00fcl v\u00e9gzett csoportos tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9gek befoly\u00e1sol\u00f3 hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra is t\u00f6bb figyelmet lehetne ford\u00edtani.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: szubjekt\u00edv j\u00f3ll\u00e9t, \u00e9lettel val\u00f3 el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g, k\u00f3rus, iskol\u00e1n k\u00edv\u00fcli tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g, szuboptim\u00e1lis \u00e9nekl\u00e9si t\u00e9nyez\u0151k <\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Life satisfaction in a women\u2019s choir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The most outstanding positive outcomes of singing in a choir are the following: benefits for well-being and relaxation, improved breathing and posture, social, spiritual and emotional benefits, and positive effects on the immune and cardiovascular system. In the present study, I examined the well-being of a person through the measurement of satisfaction with life. 88 singer and non-singer female student participated in the study. I measured their extracurricular activity and its frequency, and the factors of singing influencing well-being. Main results show that there is a significant difference between life satisfaction of singers and non-singers \u2013 singers achieving higher scores on the scale. This result can provide a basis for further examination of the Hungarian choir population concerning wellbeing.
