Egy idegen nyelv tanul\u00e1s\u00e1nak szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l d\u00f6nt\u0151 fontoss\u00e1g\u00fa, hogy k\u00e9pesek legy\u00fcnk meg\u00e9lni a nyelv \u00e9rzelmi aspektusait is, ez azonban id\u0151 k\u00e9rd\u00e9se. Kutat\u00e1somban azt vizsg\u00e1ltam, hogy a k\u00e9t tan\u00edt\u00e1si nyelv\u0171 vizsg\u00e1lati szem\u00e9lyek el\u0151fesz\u00edtett angol tabuszavak ut\u00e1n adott reakci\u00f3ideje lexik\u00e1lis d\u00f6nt\u00e9si helyzetben jobban megny\u00falik-e, mint \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos k\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u0171 t\u00e1rsaik\u00e9. A k\u00eds\u00e9rletben 16-20 \u00e9v k\u00f6z\u00f6tti gimnazista di\u00e1kok (13 f\u00e9rfi, 23 n\u0151, \u00e1tlag\u00e9letkor 17,79 \u00e9v) \u00e9s 20-23 \u00e9v k\u00f6z\u00f6tti m\u00e1r nem gimnazista, de k\u00e9t tan\u00edt\u00e1si nyelv\u0171 vagy \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos k\u00e9pz\u00e9sben r\u00e9szes\u00fclt szem\u00e9lyek (7 f\u00e9rfi, 10 n\u0151, \u00e1tlag\u00e9letkor 20,53 \u00e9v) vettek r\u00e9szt. A k\u00e9t tan\u00edt\u00e1si nyelv\u0171ek eset\u00e9ben az angol tabuhat\u00e1s nagyobb volt, mint az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos k\u00e9pz\u00e9s\u0171ek eset\u00e9ben, m\u00edg a magyar tabuhat\u00e1sn\u00e1l nem volt szignifik\u00e1ns k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9g az eredm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ez arra utal, hogy a k\u00e9t tan\u00edt\u00e1si nyelv\u0171ek magasabb szinten \u00e9lik \u00e1t az angol nyelv \u00e9rzelmi t\u00f6ltet\u00e9t. A nyelvoktat\u00e1s szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l fontos tudni, hogy mennyi id\u0151 sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges ennek a szintnek az el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez. <\/p>\n

English abstract<\/h3>\n

The effects of English taboo words on lexical decision, in comparison of persons learning English in bilingual and monolingual education <\/strong><\/p>\n

It is crucial in studying a foreign language to be able to experience the emotional aspects of it, however it takes time to reach this level. In my study I examined whether in a lexical decision task after the presentation of taboo words in English the reaction time lengthens more in the case of students in bilingual education, than in the case of students learning in general education. Participants were high school students between age 16-20 (13 men, 23 women, M= 17,79) and people between 20-23 years of age (7 men, 10 women, M= 20,53) who already graduated from high school. In the case of bilingual students the effect of English taboo words was greater than in the case of those in general education, while there was no significant difference between the two groups regarding the effect of Hungarian taboo words. This finding implies that those in bilingual education can experience the emotional complexity of the English language at a higher level. From an educational point of view, it is important to know how much time is needed to reach this level.<\/p>\n
