A kutat\u00e1s f\u0151 k\u00e9rd\u00e9se, hogy a k\u00e9t vizsg\u00e1lt csoport k\u00f6z\u00f6tt milyen k\u00fcl\u00f6nbs\u00e9gek mutatkoznak a fenti v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3kat tekintve, \u00e9s mennyiben j\u00e1rulhat ehhez hozz\u00e1 az eduk\u00e1ci\u00f3s t\u00e9r. Az adatgy\u0171jt\u00e9s sor\u00e1n \u2013 szem\u00e9lyes tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3k alkalm\u00e1val \u2013 40 r\u00e9sztvev\u0151vel h\u00e1rom k\u00e9rd\u0151\u00edv, valamint egy f\u00e9lig struktur\u00e1lt interj\u00fa \u00e9s rajzvizsg\u00e1lat ker\u00fclt felv\u00e9telre. Az eredm\u00e9nyek szerint a Waldorf-pedag\u00f3gusok el\u00e9gedettebbek az iskol\u00e1val, ahol tan\u00edtanak, \u00e9s ez \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9st mutat a szubjekt\u00edv j\u00f3ll\u00e9t\u00fck bizonyos aspektusaival is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: k\u00f6rnyezetpszichol\u00f3gia, iskolapszichol\u00f3gia, pedag\u00f3gus, pedag\u00f3gusi el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g, j\u00f3ll\u00e9t<\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u2018School, sweet school?\u2019 An environmental psychological examination of teacher satisfaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this research two groups of educators \u2013 teachers from Waldorf schools and teachers from traditional Hungarian public schools \u2013 were compared based on their satisfaction with life, school and their subjective well-being. The proposed idea was that there will be differences in these constructs based on the environmental psychological characteristics of the respective educational spaces. Data collection was carried out via 40-60-minute sessions with forty participants. Measures consisted of three short questionnaires and one semi-structured interview and a drawing test.
