Ez al\u00f3l egyed\u00fcl a felt\u00e9teles \u00f6nbecs\u00fcl\u00e9s kett\u0151 sk\u00e1l\u00e1ja jelent kiv\u00e9telt, ahol ford\u00edtott ir\u00e1ny\u00fa az egy\u00fcttj\u00e1r\u00e1s. A p\u00e1rkapcsolati m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s fontos aspektusa, hogy a p\u00e1r tagjai milyen m\u00f3don kezelik az \u0151ket \u00e9r\u0151 stresszes helyzeteket. A p\u00e1rkapcsolat sikeres m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek szubjekt\u00edv meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9se befoly\u00e1solja az egy\u00e9n viselked\u00e9s\u00e9t a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 interperszon\u00e1lis helyzetekben, kihat\u00e1ssal van az egy\u00e9n teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny\u00e9re, illetve a fizikai \u00e9s a ment\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00e9re egyar\u00e1nt. Fontos kutat\u00e1si ter\u00fcletr\u0151l van sz\u00f3, hiszen a vizsg\u00e1latok eredm\u00e9nyei \u00e1t\u00fcltethet\u0151k gyakorlati p\u00e1rter\u00e1pi\u00e1s m\u00f3dszerekbe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: stressz, di\u00e1dikus coping, p\u00e1rkapcsolati el\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g, felt\u00e9teles \u00f6nbecs\u00fcl\u00e9s, alapvet\u0151 pszichol\u00f3giai sz\u00fcks\u00e9gletek, \u00e9n-hat\u00e9konys\u00e1g<\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The Relation of Dyadic Coping to Personality Traits Related to Mental Well-Being and Relationship Satisfaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bodenmann was the first to investigate stress in social context by analyzing couples&#8217; dyadic coping. The aim of my study was to explore the connection among aspects of dyadic coping, relationship satisfaction, conditional self-esteem, satisfaction of basic psychological needs, and self-efficacy. Data collection was done with an online questionnaire package that consisted of 5 questionnaires. Only those who were in a relationship for at least 1 year at the time of the inestigation and who have already reached the age of 25 but have not reached yet the age of 50 were eligible to participate in the survey. 169 women and 31 men completed the questionnaire. According to my results, the quality of dyadic coping was significantly related to each of the examined variables. The dimensions of positive dyadic coping showed a positive, while the dimensions of negative dyadic coping showed a negative relationship with the variables examined. The two scales of conditional self-esteem were the only exceptions, where the correlation was the opposite. An important aspect of how a couple works is how they handle stressful situations. The subjective perception of how successfully a relationship functions influences the individual&#8217;s behaviour in different interpersonal situations and affects the individual&#8217;s performance, as well as his or her physical and mental health.
