A k\u00f6rnyezettudatoss\u00e1g korunk fontos k\u00e9rd\u00e9sk\u00f6re, ennek megfelel\u0151en m\u00e1r t\u00f6bb pszichol\u00f3giai kutat\u00e1s is foglalkozott azzal, milyen aspektusok hat\u00e1rozz\u00e1k meg, hogy az egy\u00e9nek v\u00e9grehajtanak-e k\u00f6rnyezetbar\u00e1t cselekedeteket. Azonban a magyar popul\u00e1ci\u00f3 k\u00f6r\u00e9ben ezen \u2013 m\u00e1r megl\u00e9v\u0151 \u2013 elm\u00e9letek \u00e9s modellek alkalmazhat\u00f3s\u00e1ga nincs megfelel\u0151en felm\u00e9rve. Ez\u00e9rt ebben a kutat\u00e1sban kvalitat\u00edv m\u00f3dszertannal, interj\u00fakon kereszt\u00fcl vizsg\u00e1ljuk, hogy a magyar fiatalok milyen motiv\u00e1l\u00f3 er\u0151ket eml\u00edtenek, melyek saj\u00e1t \u00e9s m\u00e1sok cselekedeteit ir\u00e1ny\u00edtj\u00e1k k\u00f6rnyezettudatos cselekedetek elv\u00e9gz\u00e9s\u00e9re. A minta 10 f\u0151, 22 \u00e9ven aluli magyar fiatalb\u00f3l \u00e1llt (16-22 \u00e9v, M=18,9 \u00e9v, SD=2,13). A vel\u00fck k\u00e9sz\u00fclt interj\u00fak \u00e1tiratainak elemz\u00e9se \u00e9s k\u00f3dol\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n t\u00f6bb motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3s c\u00edmke ker\u00fclt azonos\u00edt\u00e1sra, melyeket a Theory of Planned Behaviour (Tervezett cselekv\u00e9s elm\u00e9lete, tov\u00e1bbiakban TPB) \u00e9s a Value-Belief-Norm (\u00c9rt\u00e9k-meggy\u0151z\u0151d\u00e9s-norma elm\u00e9let, tov\u00e1bbiakban VBN) elm\u00e9let modelljeinek elemeivel hasonl\u00edtottunk \u00f6ssze. Az eredm\u00e9nyek alapj\u00e1n az el\u0151bb eml\u00edtett k\u00e9t modell aspektusai megjelennek az interj\u00fak \u00e1tirataiban, de hi\u00e1nyoznak az elm\u00e9letekb\u0151l az interj\u00fakban t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r is eml\u00edtett \u00e9rzelmi \u00e9s a lehets\u00e9ges t\u00e1rsas, vagy anyagi nyeres\u00e9gek hat\u00e1sai. \u00cdgy \u00f6sszesen 4 t\u00e9m\u00e1t: T\u00e1rsas motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3k, Nyeres\u00e9g, Intrinzik, szem\u00e9lyes motiv\u00e1l\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151k \u00e9s Nem t\u00e1rsas k\u00fcls\u0151 motiv\u00e1l\u00f3 t\u00e9nyez\u0151k<\/em> lehetett megk\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6ztetni, melyek j\u00f3l lefedik a felmer\u00fclt sz\u00f6vegtartalmakat. Ezeken fel\u00fcl a VBN \u00e9s TPB modellek egyes r\u00e9szeinek megjelen\u00e9se kev\u00e9sb\u00e9 volt k\u00f6zponti az eredeti nyugat-eur\u00f3pai \u00e9s amerikai popul\u00e1ci\u00f3hoz k\u00e9pest. Az elt\u00e9r\u00e9s h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben kultur\u00e1lis \u00e9s gazdas\u00e1gi okok is \u00e1llhatnak.<\/p>\n

English abstract<\/h3>\n

Environmentalism is a topic of utmost importance in our age; thus, numerous psychological research papers have tried to unveil what aspects determine a person\u2019s engagement in environmentally friendly activities. These theories and models, however, have not been tested adequately on Hungarian populations. In this paper, we examine the motivations of environmentally conscious behaviours through interviews with Hungarian young persons, using qualitative methodology. Our sample consists of 10 people, all Hungarians under the age of 22 (16-22 years, M=18.9 years; SD=2.13). During the transcripts’ analysis and coding, we identified numerous motivational labels, which we compared with the elements of the Theory of planned behaviour (TPB) and the Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory-based model. According to our results, the models\u2019 aspects are present in the interviews, although the effect of emotions and possible social or material gains \u2013 which have been mentioned by the interviewees \u2013 are missing from them. We managed to form four themes, that cover the mentioned topics well: Social motivations, Gains, Intrinsic, personal motivating aspects, and Non – social motivating aspects<\/em>. Besides these findings, other elements of the VBN and TPB models were not as central in the present study as in the Western European and American populations. Behind this difference, cultural and economic reasons are suspected.<\/p>\n
