Megvizsg\u00e1ltuk a l\u00e1mpal\u00e1z h\u00e1tter\u00e9ben \u00e1ll\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9gvon\u00e1sokat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 kapcsolat\u00e1t a perfekcionizmussal, a k\u00f6t\u0151d\u00e9ssel \u00e9s a szoci\u00e1lis szorong\u00e1s zavarral. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en k\u00f6r\u00fclj\u00e1rtuk a flow fogalomk\u00f6r\u00e9t, kialakul\u00e1s\u00e1nak el\u0151felt\u00e9teleit, dimenzi\u00f3it, \u00e1ttekintett\u00fck az \u00e1ramlat\u00e9lm\u00e9nyekre hajlamos autot\u00e9likus szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9g jellemz\u0151 von\u00e1sait. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en \u00f6sszevetett\u00fck a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 \u00e1ll\u00e1spontokat a k\u00e9t fogalom kapcsolat\u00e1nak meghat\u00e1roz\u00e1s\u00e1t illet\u0151en. Felt\u00e9telez\u00e9s\u00fcnk szerint a flow-\u00e9lm\u00e9nyek \u00e1t\u00e9l\u00e9se protekt\u00edv t\u00e9nyez\u0151k\u00e9nt hat a zenei teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyszorong\u00e1ssal szemben, melyet a szakirodalom is meger\u0151s\u00edteni l\u00e1tszik a k\u00e9t v\u00e1ltoz\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt tal\u00e1lt ford\u00edtott ir\u00e1ny\u00fa kapcsolattal. Ugyanakkor nem egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171ek az eredm\u00e9nyek a tekintetben, hogy az \u00e1ramlat\u00e9lm\u00e9nyek milyen m\u00f3don k\u00e9pesek cs\u00f6kkenteni a zenei teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyszorong\u00e1st. T\u00f6bb vizsg\u00e1lat is r\u00e1mutatott, hogy c\u00e9lir\u00e1nyos zenei teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt \u00e9s k\u00e9pess\u00e9geket fejleszt\u0151 tr\u00e9ningekkel lehets\u00e9ges a zenei teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyszorong\u00e1s megfelel\u0151 kezel\u00e9se, a flow \u00e9lm\u00e9nyek gyakoris\u00e1g\u00e1nak n\u00f6vel\u00e9se, mely el\u0151seg\u00edti a zen\u00e9szek pszichol\u00f3giai j\u00f3ll\u00e9t\u00e9t, felv\u00e1ltja a maladapt\u00edv megk\u00fczd\u00e9si strat\u00e9gi\u00e1kat, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 prevent\u00edv t\u00e9nyez\u0151k\u00e9nt hat a ki\u00e9g\u00e9ssel \u00e9s a korai p\u00e1lyaelhagy\u00e1ssal szemben. \u00cdr\u00e1sunkkal c\u00e9lunk a t\u00e9m\u00e1t \u00e9rint\u0151 empirikus kutat\u00e1sok, valamint a l\u00e1mpal\u00e1zat cs\u00f6kkent\u0151 tr\u00e9ningek megalapoz\u00e1sa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kulcsszavak<\/strong>: flow, zenei teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyszorong\u00e1s, l\u00e1mpal\u00e1z, szoci\u00e1lis szorong\u00e1s zavar, perfekcionizmus, autot\u00e9likus szem\u00e9lyis\u00e9g<\/p>\n<p>[hr\/]<\/p>\n<h3>English abstract<\/h3>\n<p>In this essay, we examined the relationship between flow and music performance anxiety based on the available literature in the field. We examined the personality traits behind music performance anxiety and its relations with perfectionism, attachment and social anxiety disorder. We defined flow, its preconditions and dimensions, as well as the most important traits of autotelic personality. After that, we assessed the relationship between these two psychological attributes. We assumed that flow could work as a protective factor against music performance anxiety which is based on several studies demonstrating negative correlation between these two variables. However, there is no consent among studies regarding how does flow decrease anxiety. Previous studies have shown that music skills and performance-focused trainings can enhance flow, leading to the decrease of anxiety. As a result, flow replaced the maladaptive coping mechanisms, furthermore, it worked as a preventive factor against burnout, and leaving musical field.
